Job vacancy: Head of miscellaneous economies

We are looking for a person with knowledge in the fields of economics and finance.

Concomitentes is a cultural association that promotes the production of works of art connected to their social environment. The project invites groups from civil society - the comitentes - to become, with the help of a mediator, promoters of works of art that respond to problems they wish to address in their immediate contexts. Concomitentes is based on the methodology developed in 1990 by the artist François Hers, which in the last 25 years has had an enormous social and cultural impact, with more than 500 projects in various European countries. In Spain, Concomitentes is currently developing eight concomitances in Palencia, Lleida, A Coruña, Asturies, Lugo, Seville and Valencia.

Composed of a network of mediators at local level and a Coordination Office made up of the General Management, the Head of Programmes, the Head of Alliances and the Head of Communication, Concomitentes is currently looking for a fifth person to join its team with the profile of ‘Full-time, remote ”Economically Diverse Manager'.

This decision responds to the organisation's need to have a person on the team who brings an economic perspective to the activity that we develop from Concomitentes. In this way, we hope that this new incorporation will strengthen the economic independence of Concomitentes, leading the processes linked to the development of the Financial Diversification Plan, the Donor Plan and supporting the economic monitoring as well as imagining alternatives for the economic sustainability of culture.
