"Structures of Affection" proposes the passage from need and emergency to desire through symbolic urban structures and practices in the collective reconstruction of space. Following the current situation affecting the territories affected by the floods, the aim is to appropriate, through artistic tools, the word "affected", taking on a propositional and future character in addition to the existing one.
