It's not drought, it's plunder This is the name given to the initiative driven by individuals and groups concerned about the significant impact that the massive installation of data centres is having and will have in Aragón. 

The platform aims to inform, generate public debate, and raise awareness of the risks associated with the development model proposed by big tech companies, which is based on the intensive exploitation of local natural resources. In recent months, a large number of private data centres have been implemented and planned, posing a risk to both local economies and ecosystems. From this perspective, informative talks, activities, and demonstrations are being held to denounce the plundering that affects and will affect the territory, while also advocating for an Aragon that is not a sacrifice zone (rural, arid, and impoverished), but a living and active place.
