Alfredo Escapa Presa

Alfredo Escapa is a mediator, creator and researcher of live arts and collaborative audiovisuals.
It creates, from these disciplines, social encounters in which art, educational action and research intersect, with the aim of generating systems of reflexive critical exchange that provide answers, in a relational way, to issues of concern to the communities with which it works.
His creations can be understood as places for rehearsing life, in which the piece created is not separated from the process or the collective that created it. Everything is an artistic piece, at the same time as it is situated research and a process in continuous rethinking.
His creations include work with the collective La rara troupe, which develops collaborative audiovisual projects on psychosocial distress, and Arròs on the eco-social crisis of L'Albufera in Valencia.
