Miriam del Saz

Artist, researcher and teacher at the Universitat Politècnica de València, she researches the convergences between co-creation processes and transdisciplinary artistic practices in contemporary graphic and print media, linked to the paradigms in defence of the territory. As an activist and co-founder of the social graphic workshop project LaNómada Taller, she combines academic work with collaborative artistic and pedagogical projects related to agroecology, territorial memory and transformations derived from urban policies. Her artistic practice focuses on situated knowledge, the political dimension of graphics as a critical and relational tool, and the links between body, materiality and public space. Her career includes participation in exhibitions of international scope, as well as art residencies with an eco-social focus such as Sites of Practice (2024), Lithografiewerkstatt des Münchner Künstlerhauses (2024) and Gráfica América, Museum of Latin American Art (2019). She is co-founder of the art collective Cuerpoterritorio.
