Call for Service Provision: Robustness Plan for Contemporaneous Transactions

We are looking for an entity to help us make Concomitentes a more robust organisation.

If resilience is an ecosystem's ability to recover after an impact, in the current scenario of permanent crisis, as a cultural institution, we ask ourselves what would enable us to anticipate the emergence of complex scenarios.

To this end, we are seeking an entity that can provide us with services to develop a Concomitentes 2027–2030 Robustness Plan, with which we expect to achieve: a snapshot of the current state, a roadmap, and a constellation of actions to implement. The areas that must be analysed and incorporated are: leadership and governance, risk management and resilience, financial diversification, digital transformation, collaborative alliances, and staff welfare.

The dossier must be sent to info@concomitentes.org by 30 June and must include, in a maximum of 4 pages, without annexes, the following:

»Proposed methodology

» Estimated Work Calendar

» Consultant team composition and CVs of its members

» References to previously developed evaluation work

» Detailed quotation of the offer, indicating fees, expenses, and all associated costs for the proper development of the work.

The budget for this service should not exceed €15,000, including all taxes (a 50% payment will be made at the start and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the final report).
