Job offer for project and partnership manager

The new person, who would become part of the coordination office team, will have among his or her tasks to identify new sources of funding and opportunities for innovation and development of the organisation.
Concomitentes has been working for five years to connect art and society, inviting citizen groups to become promoters of artistic works that respond to a need that arises in their immediate context.
With eight active projects throughout Spain guided by our network of mediators, and a Coordination Office (CO) made up of three other people, we are in a moment of growth and reinforcement of the structure, therefore, we are looking for a fourth person to support project and partnership management., The aim is to help us identify new sources of funding and opportunities for innovation and development of the organisation.
The wage offer will be 27,300 euros gross per year; and the work would be done remotely, from anywhere in Spain. The contract shall be indefinite, with a two-month probationary period and a working week of 37.5 hours.
The requirements to apply are as follows:
- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the specific functions of the position.
- Knowledge of the national arts sector and its public-private funding systems.
- Languages: English.
- Good level of oral and written expression. Communication and public relations skills.
- Advanced command of IT tools and ability to adapt to a digital 100% working environment.
- Studies in art history, sociology, political science, economics, marketing and/or similar, as well as masters in cultural management; and specific knowledge in fundraising and project formulation would be an asset, especially if you have previously participated in the drafting and management of European funding projects.

The specific duties of the position would be:
Financing:
- Research of calls for proposals, analysis of requirements, assessment of fit with the project profile and application development.
- Support in the elaboration of project and programme proposals for public and private funders; and in the submission of new proposals for European funding (Creative Europe, Erasmus+, Horizon, among others) in collaboration with potential national and international partners.
- Resolution and response to funders' requests.
Strategy:
- Promotion of the ‘Concomitant Partnership Scheme’.
- Development, together with the rest of the team, of the ‘Economic Diversification Strategy’.
- Support for the production of participatory artistic processes.
- To provide a strategic vision and economic sustainability for the development of the activity and the growth of financing and projects.
