Antonio Centeno

Antonio Centeno Ortiz was born in 1971 in Montcada i Reixac, and has lived in Barcelona since 1999. He acquired his functional diversity (tetraplegia) at the age of 13. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Barcelona and worked as a secondary school mathematics teacher from 1998 to 2010.
He has been a member of the Independent Living and Diversity Forum since 2004, and one of the 9 founding members of the Barcelona Independent Living Office in 2006. He has promoted different cultural audiovisual projects related to functional diversity - "Trèvols de 4 fulles", "Vivir i altres ficcions", "Yes, we fuck", "Nexos", and sexual assistance - "Tus manos, mis manos".
