Sara Álvarez Gómez It is a cultural management organization specialized in heritage, territory, and the rural sphere. It works at the intersection between culture, territorial identity, community participation, and the strategic development of rural areas. She holds a degree in Fine Arts and a master's degree in Cultural Management from the Carlos III University of Madrid. She is currently the president of EPA! Jóvenes Rurales, a state network that connects young people, associations, and projects related to the rural environment, from where she drives processes of participation, cooperation, and public impact around rural youth. She has promoted projects such as Cammīnus and the process of co-designing the Historical Archive of the Mining Families of Pozo María. She works as an independent project manager, dedicated to the strategic development of rural areas in relation to their heritage.

Paula Pita She is an Academic Director at Demos Lab and a doctoral researcher at the Complutense University of Madrid. Specializing in the application of critical thinking to social analysis, her work focuses on the aspects of citizen perception and strategies for influence and impact. Graduated in Philosophy, with a master's degree in History Philosophy: Democracy and the World Order.

Yeison F. García López (1992), born in Cali (Colombia) and grew up in Madrid (Spain). He identifies himself as Afro-Colombian and Afro-Spanish. Politologist, cultural manager, poet and researcher. Commissioner of the Afro Consciousness Festival (2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019). Director of the Cultural Center “Espacio Afro”. Creator and co-coordinator of projects such as the anti-colonial tours “Madrid Negro”, the Afro-Diasporic Laboratory of Memory, Creation and Heritage, ITAN Afromemorias, Communities and Archives, among others. In 2024 he was part of the curatorial team of “The Colonial Memory in the Thyssen-Bornemisza Collections” at the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum and participated in the catalog “Pinacoteca Migrante”, of the Spanish Pavilion at the 60th edition of the Venice Biennale with the text «The illustrated decoloniality in the Spanish context». Currently he is part of the curatorial team of the Afro-Diasporic Biennial that will be held in July 2026 in Cali (Colombia). 

Angel Aranda (Campo de Criptana, 1996). He holds a degree in History and Journalism (URJC) and a Master's degree in New Trends and Innovation Processes in Communication (UJI). He currently works at La Casa Encendida as a communication technician. He was the creator and curator, until 2022, of the Puwerty Festival, which highlights the work of creators under the age of 26 in music, the performing arts and the audiovisual sector. He has worked in the production of music festivals and filming, as well as at the defunct municipal radio station M21, directing and presenting the program about the cultural youth allowance, Jobo. He was also a member of the advisory committee in 2015 of the FESTeen festival at Matadero Madrid, the youth culture festival of Madrid. He was part of the founding team of the ¡Queremos Entrar! platform, which managed to modify Article 25 of the LEPAR of the Community of Madrid, which restricted minors' access to live music.
