The conference is a space for meeting and reflection on participatory processes and cultural mediation in Europe.
The initiative ‘In Between. For mediation in Europe to strengthen inclusive communities’, promoted by Concomitentes and ZEMOS98., will hold its first public event at the Teatro Central in Seville on 30 November 2023, from 17 to 21hrs. The talks and interventions will be in English and simultaneous translation will be provided.
The day, which seeks to promote the exchange of knowledge and strategies on artistic and cultural mediation in Europe., The event will be followed by a round table discussion on the panorama of mediation projects in Spain, the result of the call for projects, and will continue with a round table discussion on the scope of cultural and artistic mediation in other European countries.
This meeting, which aims to be a seed to position Spain as a reference in cultural and artistic mediation in Europe, is part of the programme of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union and is supported by the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation, as well as Acción Cultural Española.
