2nd Call for Youth Art for Sustainability
Are you under 35 years old and do you belong to a citizens' collective committed to today's socio-environmental challenges? Or are you a cultural mediator and believe in the potential of art and culture to respond to social and environmental issues? This is your call.
From 1 July we opened the deadline to receive proposals to generate a new partnership. We are supporting the proposal with 30,000 euros and the aim is to address an environmental and/or social challenge through citizen participation. In this section we detail each of the aspects that structure and define this call for proposals.

The winning project will be announced on 15 October.
Four experts will select the winning project of the ‘Youth Art for Sustainability Call for Proposals’.’
Along with the coordinator of Concomitentes, Fran Quiroga; Pepa Octavio from the Daniel and Nina Carasso Foundation; and Maral Kekejian, from the Coordination Office of the Spanish Presidency of the European Union, will be Carmen Haro, Christian Alonso, María Sánchez and Matías Rubio. The call seeks to initiate a new participatory artistic process that addresses an environmental challenge.
The deadline for submitting projects for the ‘Youth Art for Sustainability Call for Proposals’ has been extended until 15 September.
This new date replaces the initial deadline, which was set for next Wednesday, 6 September.
