In Between' is more than an event, it is a space for the exchange of knowledge on mediation.

To complete the 'In Between' event, the website https://mediationinbetween.net/, a space conceived to position artistic mediation as a cultural practice of reference in Europe, is launched.
The ‘In Between’ conference, which will take place at the Teatro Central de Sevilla on 30 November, seeks to position cultural mediation as a fundamental pillar of cultural public policies., and to strengthen participatory arts practices in Europe.
To complete and accompany the journey of this meeting of cultural mediation and participation professionals, the ‘In Between’ website has been launched: An space for thought collective conceived to generate knowledge and resources around the practice of artistic mediation. as a way of strengthening democracy and promoting processes of citizen empowerment.
The page ‘In Between’ is in line with the main objectives of the project promoted by Concomitentes and ZEMOS98: Giving visibility to artistic and cultural mediation practices, whether in the form of events or publications (physical or online) and the generation of knowledge exchange..
The website, which is written entirely in English, in addition to providing information on the project's activities, also includes a ‘Research/Investigación’ section, with articles by Anastassia Makridou-Bretonneau, Gema Medina and Lorena Ruiz. The aim is to continue to include further reflections on the scope of cultural mediation and how it is at the service of processes of social transformation.
In the web will host the videos produced at the meeting in Seville.
Here more information on the day.
