Job offer: Digital content and communities support manager

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the use of social networks, the generation of ephemeral videos or dialogue through digital platforms, someone who likes to build complicity through communication.

Concomitentes is a cultural association that, since 2018, has been working to promote the production of artworks connected to their social environment. The project invites groups from civil society - the comitentes - to become the citizen promoters of these works that respond to a situation that arises in the immediate context of these collectives. In Spain there are currently nine projects in Galicia, Madrid, Catalonia, the Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castile and Leon, Andalusia and Extremadura.

After six years, Concomitentes is at a very important point in its trajectory. Composed of different mediators at the local level and a Coordination Office made up of the General Coordination, the Programme Manager and the Partnership Manager, Concomitentes is currently looking for a fourth person to join its team with the profile of ‘Part-time ”Digital content and community support manager'.. This decision responds to the organisation's need to generate stories, mostly digital, that focus on the multiple relationships that are woven into the participatory processes. The aim is to achieve a digital communication that strengthens the links with the communities with which the organisation dialogues. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the use of social networks, the generation of ephemeral videos or dialogue through digital platforms, someone who likes to build complicities through communication. We hope that the incorporation of this new person will help us to continue imagining how we can intensify the capacity of participatory art to meet contemporary challenges and bring it closer to everyone.
