Call for service: Concomitant development assessment

We are looking for a person/company to help us measure our impact and evolution.

Concomitentes is a cultural association that, since 2018, has been working to promote the production of artworks connected to their social environment. The project invites groups from civil society - the comitentes - to become the citizen promoters of these works that respond to a situation that arises in the immediate context of these collectives. In Spain there are currently nine projects in Galicia, Madrid, Catalonia, the Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castile and Leon, Andalusia and Extremadura.

After six years of experience, we want to start evaluating our work and, to this end, we are launching a call for services oriented to people or companies that can carry out an Evolutionary Evaluation of Concomitants.

Through this evaluation we want to generate a series of resources that will allow, from now on, to evaluate the impacts of the project in a quantitative and qualitative way based on a series of indicators and criteria that reflect the correct development of the protocol of Nouveaux Commanditaires, the strategy of Concomitentes or the Code of Good Practices of the entity. To this end, it will be necessary to design these indicators that help to collect data both at the beginning of the projects and at intermediate, final and subsequent moments, thus providing a broad vision of the evolution of the context.

The work will be carried out with the support of the Office for the Coordination of Concomitant and to be implemented by March 2026.

The bids shall be submitted by means of the form provided (above) for this purpose. with a deadline of 23 May 2025. Bids must include timetable, value proposition and cv of the team in charge of the work. Maximum 5 pages of development.

Estimated value of the proposal: Concomitentes estimates an investment of €10,000 (including taxes). for the development of this proposal. However, this is an estimate and budgets can be submitted for more or less than this amount.
