Following the current situation affecting the territories affected by the floods, the aim is to appropriate, through artistic tools, the word \"affected\", taking on a propositional and future character in addition to the existing one.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We understand cultural and artistic action as tools that make it possible to address the existing reality from other points of view, from a multifaceted vision that takes into account not only the initial technical and spatial needs but also all those social and vehicular structures that are also impacted by the situation.
