{"id":927,"date":"2024-03-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-08T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/concomitentes.vl22350.dinaserver.com\/oferta-de-empleo-para-persona-gestora-de-proyectos-y-alianzas\/"},"modified":"2025-07-15T18:51:25","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T18:51:25","slug":"job-offer-for-project-and-partnership-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/concomitentes.org\/en\/oferta-de-empleo-para-persona-gestora-de-proyectos-y-alianzas\/","title":{"rendered":"Job offer for project and partnership manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Concomitentes has been working for five years to connect art and society, inviting citizen groups to become promoters of artistic works that respond to a need that arises in their immediate context.<\/p>\n<p>With eight active projects throughout Spain guided by our network of mediators, and a Coordination Office (CO) made up of three other people, we are in a moment of growth and reinforcement of the structure, therefore, <strong>we are looking for a fourth person to support project and partnership management.<\/strong>, The aim is to help us identify new sources of funding and opportunities for innovation and development of the organisation.<\/p>\n<p>The wage offer will be <strong>27,300 euros gross per year<\/strong>; and the work would be done remotely, from anywhere in Spain. The <strong>contract shall be indefinite<\/strong>, with a two-month probationary period and a working week of 37.5 hours.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>The requirements to apply are as follows:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>- At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in the specific functions of the position.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>- Knowledge of the national arts sector and its public-private funding systems.<\/p>\n<p>- Languages: English.<\/p>\n<p>- Good level of oral and written expression. Communication and public relations skills.<\/p>\n<p>- Advanced command of IT tools and ability to adapt to a digital 100% working environment.<\/p>\n<p>- Studies in art history, sociology, political science, economics, marketing and\/or similar, as well as masters in cultural management; and specific knowledge in fundraising and project formulation would be an asset, especially if you have previously participated in the drafting and management of European funding projects.<\/p>\n<p>Concomitentes believes in the transformative power of culture to create more inclusive societies.
