{"id":4966,"date":"2026-11-04T11:34:25","date_gmt":"2026-11-04T11:34:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/concomitentes.org\/?p=4966"},"modified":"2026-11-04T14:06:23","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T14:06:23","slug":"stories-that-sustain-us","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/concomitentes.org\/en\/historias-que-nos-sostienen\/","title":{"rendered":"Stories that sustain us"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next <strong>November 21<\/strong>, the <strong>Balneario La Encarnaci\u00f3n of Los Alc\u00e1zares<\/strong> It will host the opening day of Reparar Mar Menor, a new event that invites us to imagine, through art and citizen participation, other ways of relating to the Mar Menor and the people who inhabit it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every transformation process begins with a desire, and to discover what we desire, we need to meet, listen, and recover the stories that link us to this territory. That is why this first day proposes bringing us closer to the Mar Menor through memory, culture, and artistic creation, by exploring some of the voices and expressions that have found in its waters and landscapes a source of inspiration. A walk through its history and literature, and a scenic proposal that recovers the popular memory of the women of the miners of the Sierra Minera will invite us to discover other ways of looking at and feeling this territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It will be a morning to share gazes, awaken questions, and begin to build a collective aspiration. Repairing the Mar Menor is not just about thinking about its ecological recovery; it is also about how we want to inhabit it, care for it, and live with it. What do we want for the sea that we share? What can we imagine together that is yet to come?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">from 10:30h to 13:30h. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">No registration is required.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Presentation<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>performed by Fran Quiroga (Concomitentes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>The Mar Menor as an inspiration<\/strong> <\/em>conducted by Antonio Zapata of Los Alc\u00e1zares Ecocultural LAEC. A journey through the history of the Mar Menor and Sierra Minera and the writers who have looked out over the lagoon in search of inspiration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Oh! La Jara<\/em><\/strong> Colectivo Violeta Jara<strong>.<\/strong> A scenic proposal that combines the popular history of women miners from the Sierra with interpretation, music, cante and dance.
