Gil<\/a>, Zemos98, will be holding on 23, 24 and 25 September the <em>Culture and Health Meeting<\/em>, an appointment that seeks to <strong>building bridges between artistic practice, research and healthcare processes<\/strong>. The proposal stems from the conviction that health care cannot be limited to the clinical sphere alone, but must also integrate cultural, emotional and social dimensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting will provide a space for the exchange of knowledge and experiences on what is known in the healthcare field as the \u201chumanisation of care\u201d: a movement which, in recent decades, has been consolidating as a field of study and action, and which finds in art a tool capable of having a positive impact on public health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Over three days, the programme brings together professionals from the fields of medicine, cultural mediation, the arts, research and journalism. The first session is dedicated to opening the framework for discussion on cultural policies and approaches to humanisation in healthcare, with the participation of experts such as <strong>Coral Larrosa, Javier Padilla, Inmaculada V\u00e1zquez Cruz, Juan Antonio Virizuela, Jazm\u00edn Beirak <\/strong>y <strong>Noemi Avila<\/strong>. The autobiographical account will also be presented <em>Brief Encyclopaedic Dictionary of Cancer<\/em> by Josune Urrutia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second day will focus on concrete experiences exploring the intersection between culture and health, with projects such as <strong><em>Yo Cuento<\/em>, <em>Recipe Culture<\/em>, <em>Psychohabitation<\/em>, <em>Radiation +++<\/em>, <em>RecuperArte<\/em> <\/strong>y <strong><em>Emotions through art<\/em>.<\/strong> The day will conclude with a guided tour of the <a href=\"https:\/\/coleccion.quasares.es\/\">Quasars Collection<\/a> together with <strong>Raquel Taranilla and Samuel Fern\u00e1ndez-Pichel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final day will focus on initiatives that address the relationship between art and cancer, such as <em><strong>Quasars<\/strong><\/em> o <em><strong>At ground level<\/strong><\/em>, who work from the point of view of accompaniment and situated artistic creation. The closing will be in charge of <strong>Isabel Cadenas<\/strong>, who will deliver a performative lecture entitled <em>Audiovisual Source Code<\/em>, The exhibition, an intimate journey through his creative universe and his link with the experience of illness.
