We are the Spanish version of Nouveaux Commanditaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Concomitentes bases its working methodology on a protocol developed in 1990 by the Belgian artist, Fran\u00e7ois Hers, which has had an enormous social and cultural impact with more than 500 projects completed in different European countries over the last 25 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Spain, it runs the discontinued project on a national scale. New Comanditarios Euskadi<\/strong>which operated between 2011 and 2017 in Bilbao (Biscay), Oion (Alava), Hernani (Guipuzcoa) and Barakaldo (Bilbao); with Haizea Barcenilla, Idoia Zabaleta and Amanda Diaz-Ubierna as mediators; and with the production and support of Artehazia.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Like ours, there are several initiatives at European level that follow the same working methodology adapted to their local context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Commanders<\/strong>The first projects were launched in 1990 by the French, Belgian and Swiss initiatives, the entity through which they operate. They were followed in 2007 by New contract holder<\/strong> in Germany and a.titolo<\/strong> in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are in constant contact with our European colleagues, sharing ideas and promoting good practice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
